There is no truth to this report at all. None.
AUTHOR: Earl Bateman - (United States)
SUBMITTED: Sunday, November 05, 2017
This report was filed out of anger and contains nothing true in any way.
First untruth: There is no Roy.
The person filing this report is not named Roy. His name is Khaled Salem. This can be confirmed by the server logs for this website, which will show that it came from the same IP address as the second false report filed against me by Khaled Salem, in which he uses his name "Khaled".
Second untruth: I never received any amount of money from Mr. Salem, not a penny, much less the absurd amount of $250,000.
This amount can be accounted for as follows: $84,000 was paid to the first contractor to build out his store. He fired this contractor and hired a second contractor to finish, which likely cost around $50,000. He paid $40,000 as the first month's base rent and another $80,000 as two-months security deposit to the Landlord.
In the end he never opened the store and forfeited all of these payments.
He did not, however, pay me anything. Nothing.
Third untruth: I have not gone anywhere, I am still at the same company, at the same address, in the same city, ethically working with my clients. I can be reached at the same number Mr. Salem inconsiderately posted on his false negative reports.
Fourth untruth: There are no police involved. Since I have done absolutuely nothing wrong, there is no reason whatsoever for the police to be involved. There are no wants or warrents for me. This is absurd.
These were all invented by Mr. Salem.
What did happen was that Mr. Salem made several bad business decisions and is blaming everyone else, instead of accepting responsibility, learning the lessons and moving on.
