American Servicing company forclosed on my home after 75 days while telling me on the phone they would work with me. I told them I would be caught up by the end of March. They said ok by phone but sold March 8 on court house steps without advertisement as required by my deed. I had paid $45,000 down and home was appraised for $160,000. They sold for $92,000. I lost $113,000 I gave them checks as I had told them because no one told me they sold my home. They returned my checks later. Now I am a disabled homeless veteran. Some one help me please
