On November 11, 2017 I ordered a purple fingerling for my granddaughter and have not received it. East Coast Deals charged my debit card $16.16 for this item and gave me a reference number of 73130003. I tried to check my order status just now and the website is not working. Any help resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
