Harvey (the owner) lost my $350 pressure washer and then refused to provide more than a $90 discount on a new power washer. By his own admission, the $90 was the profit margin on the new machine. 

I had the Cobb County police write up a report so that I can take Harvey to small claims court.

I should have gone with my first impression of Harv's business. Crap is piled high on the sales floor and in his workshop. It appeared to me to be a fire hazard- with all of the gas laden engines stored inside.
