I went and was going to get a car and as I did the dealer said I could leave my current financed car there so he could sell and I could pay it off and it not give me bad credit so I agreed. Now car is not there so I asked he said he was driving and transmission went out so it's at repair shop and he does not have 2300 to get it out so he told me he would not charge my friend for her tags!! I called my gosh people and low and behold my car is sitting in drug nieghbor and cops say I can't go get it cause if someone has bill of sale than I would be stealing it !!
