East Side Flats Apartments Lincoln Property Company is an unprofessional, incompetent organization that would rather steal $500 than have a good reputation in Malvern Pennsylvania

This apartment complex employees three of the most unprofessional and incompetent individuals I have had the displeasure of interacting with. First in Nina & Alexandria, then with their "manager" Amanda. They changed the terms of a move in "special" that I had put down $500 on. Nina originally told us that the $500 wouldn't even be deposited unless we signed a lease and it would just be held (not true at all, was withdrawn immediately). Then when I declined their offer to move in after changing the terms of move-in, they kept the $500.

It would be bad enough if they just stole the $500, but the lack of flexibility and horrible demeanor of the staff throughout the process was what made me write this review. I had heard negative things before this but chose to ignore them. Here's the warning to applicants: these are also the people who manage the day to day.
