Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Scam artist. I was told that they would get me a cheaper rate on my electricity and they scammed me. Never again will I renew my contact with these losers. They call themselves brokers, but all they are is middle men who jack up the price. I'm a elderly business owner and you would think they would take this into consideration.

This complaint is not valid. On June 22nd 2018, some unknown person created a fake profile on both Yelp & Google, identifying themself as "Brad Roach” and "Brad R.”, and posted a negative review that had the exact same verbiage listed in this falsified Ripoffreport.com claim. On this claim, the same verbiage is also used, this time by "Billie”... regardless, we have not serviced a decision maker the name of "Billie” or the exact smart name as our CEO, "Brad Roach”.... these claims are being made by inferior energy brokers, in an effort to tarnish the reputation of a successful and ethical energy brokerage firm. These claims hold zero credence, and should not be taken seriously.
