I ordered 1L of ink from the site 123refills.ca. The shipping time was unusually long, quoted to be 30-45 days. I waited and waited almost 2 months. I called and emailed the company only to be told that I did not pay for tracking so there was nothing they could do. I filed a complaint with paypal but because it was 45 days after the purchase they will not dispute the transaction. Funny how their shipping time is 45 days so that you wont be able to file a claim with paypal. This company is a complete Scam Buyer Beware!!!!
