Easy Saver And American Leisure Signed me up just by entering their website accidentally, charged me on a credit card, I cancelled once and they charged me again the next month. I just spoke with them, told them I was doing this report and she said she would cancel and refund my money - they said that the last time also. Internet Internet

I accidentally was sent to two web sites while on the internet, one was Easy Saver.com and the other was American Leisure.com. Somehow they signed me up and charged my credit card.

I called and cancelled a month ago and today I find another charge from both companies on my credit card.

I called Easy Saver and told her I was writing this report and she said she would cancel both companies and refund both amounts of $16.95 each.

She said that the month before when I called to cancel and it did not happen.

That's all I know.

They do this all the time

I filed a report here also a while back. I ordered flowers from Proflowers. I somehow was signed up for this easysaver ( which they never provide mind you). I noticed something strange on my credit card and come to find out they had been charging me for 9 months. The only reason I caught it was because my husband and I both thought it was something one of us had signed up for. So after we caught it we called and spoke with this lady named "Jen" (if I remember correctly).

I filed a report here because she told me I signed up for it and that she would only give me one month back. This was not acceptable to I emailed proflowers. They gave me a reponse that I did not like so I googled proflowers/easysaver. And emailed Proflowers to the website addresses and told them I would spread the word and make sure that people knew about this website if they visit and how they illegally obtain your credit card info and charge you . Within a few hours I received an email from Proflowers and they stated they talked to easysaver and all my money would be returned. 5 months later all of my money was returned in full. ( If you ordered through Proflowers they will help you get your money back.)

So my advice is to go back to the website you ordered stuff from. Email their customer service and do not take NO for an answer. Google a bit and I promise you will find numerous websites about "easysaver" I can't believe they are still doing this. Just a little more info...In all those months that we did not know they had been taking our money. Never once did we receive any emails , coupons, ect (whatever they say you get) I checked their website after to see if maybe we had received something in the 9 months they were taking our money. Not a thing from them. Its seems to be what I would call a "blind website" (Is that the right word?) At no time did I ever give them my credit card information. Hope this helps you.

While I can understand the concept that you somehow got to websites you did not intend to visit, how is it possible that you "accidentally" gave them your credit card info. Or do you imagine somehow that their web servers are psychic?

www.easysaver.com is down
http://www.americanleisure.com/ doesn't even have a place to enter a credit card.

I don't think that it has anything to do with visiting websites. I think your credit card records were accessed in some other way for fraudulent purchases.
