Ordered from ProFlowers 4 years ago; Did not know that I had signed up for Easy Saver Rewards: discovered the $14.95 monthly charge to my VISA 2 weeks ago; yesterday, filed a civil complaint in District Court of Maryland for Baltimore County against Easy Saver Rewards and Encore Marketing International; stay tuned!

 Have you gotten this issue resolved? I have just found out this company has scammed me for the past 7 years and I'm not getting anywhere concerning a full refund.
