I ordered 2 boquets of flowers (both came wilted) from stupid ProFlowers online. I believe I clicked on a coupon that popped up. (It's hard to remember this was like 7 months ago). Apparently clicking on a coupon gives these scammers a right to charge me for what there website calls "special benefits and services". Ummmmm so If I signed up for this crap, why don't I have a log in ID and password huh? I added it up and they got about $120 of my my money before I noticed. I'm having my husband call them (he is meaner than me) today. Hopefully this will be resolved, but more likely it won't. If it doesn'r i'm going to contact the local news stations. They air investigatory reports all the time about scammers.

Sorry, but you did sign up for it. Next to the "coupon" on the screen, there is small print that says if you click, you will be charged blah blah blah. You DID agree to it. Do not fall for any of these coupon or rate business scams at the end of purchases!! Also, read before you click!!
