I do not know how I was chosen to be ripped off. I started getting billed on my credit card and the bank tried to stop them but the bills continue. I cannot get through to the phone and their website is useless to help stop. Even after canceling it continues to me that I am charged. This is really really sad to hurt people in these trying times especially. They are horrible horrible scum bags.

REFUND FOR CREDIT CONFIRMATION FROM EASY SAVER-EMI Encore Marketing International

I too have been a victim of Easy Saver-EMI. In my case it went on for 11 months without my knowledge. I was deployed with the military and someone else was overseeing my checking/debit card account statements. They didn't realize this was an ongoing unauthorized charges, after I had ordered flowers through "FromYou Flowers.com".

Though, I see most of the complaints are affiliated with "ProFlowers.com' and their associates. I thought I'd mention that there are other companies that send credit card information to Easy Saver-EMI, as well without authorization. Additionally, I never received any emails or regular mail that I had become a member or authorized the monthly charges.

After, I returned from my deployment and saw these charges I immediately called 1-800-355-1837 and demanded to speak to a supervisor. Of course, there was the explanation that I had authorized the charges. I stated I wanted to see it in writing for the record. At this point, the supervisor said that wasn't possible. She offered to refund only 6 months and I said that wasn't acceptable and would report this. She then offered the full 11 months refund. I asked for a confirmation to be sent.

Below is the confirmation sent and will update on this site if the total refund isn't granted.

requested today and if you do your banking online, you may see those
refunds as early as 48 hours.

Close bank account or credit card they are charging..

Make sure the bank is aware that this is the reason why you are closing the account - so they do not allow anymore charges against the old accounts.

But keep in mind you DID DO SOMETHING that authorized this charge.
You need to LEARN TO READ TERMS AND CONDITIONS before agreeing to anything online.

Either cashed a rebate check, took a survey or $$ off an internet purchase. on the rebate check - it would have been indicated on the back of the mailing the check came in. AND NOT IN FINE PRINT

In all 3 cases it clearly indicated that you are signing up for a membership program.

If you do not want to sign up- DON'T CASH THE CHECK, DO THE SURVEY OR TAKE THE $$ OFF OFFERS!

YES THEY ARE BOGUS MEMBERSHIP PROGRAMS - they only thing they do is TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE FACT THAT NO ONE READS THE INFO PROVIDED.
