Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
This company trade through ebay selling a whole host of products. The products I purchased was LED signs and they were by far the worst most misrepresented signs I have ever seen. They adviertise them as high quality LED signage etc. The first sign failed to work at all then when I finally got a replacement the sign lit up "one" LED then went blank. The company and its staff now refuse to accept any lliabilty and wont refund my money. I have reported them to Ebay, Paypal and Amex. Beware of this company they will sell you the product, charge your card and ship you faulty goods with no refund. BEWARE !!

Not such a bad company

I ordered a neon sign from this company. They sent one, which was damaged, and they paid for the return of the product the next day. They sent a second one, which was also damaged, and they paid for the return of the product the next day. After speaking to them about the second damaged item, they said it would not be worth trying again, and they refunded my money. I think this company deserves a chance, since my item was shipped across the country and it was more of a shipping problem than a problem with the company. Plus, they were very pleasant on the phone. That's just my two cents.
