EasyWebKits.org PushButton Charged me TWICE/ refused refund/ claimed they refunded

Ordered off a website, what was advertised was not what they give. I called up because I the Paypal card I used supposedly kicked back an error saying use another card (it was charged) I used my bank card instead of PayPal cash card, that too was charged. I had called my bank and they said this website had tried to charge my bank 4 times. 

I wanted a refund because all sorts of red flags were going off and I got no confirmation number but then I see in both of my accounts I had been charged $67 for something called push button and $297 for 100 websites that was an add on extra to the original Push button- what was advertised was COMPLETELY different than what the customer service woman told me it was. I asked for a refund and they claimed my PAYPAL wasn't charged- it was and I had screenshots.

Then I said that I would send them to the support email. They blocked my email. I called a few more times, the easykits said that they would need me to get paypal to verify I had been charged and so I had conferenced both the easykits and paypal in on a call. The easykits told me they would refund me 3 to 8 days and I would receive a full refund.

I got it to my bank account, not to my paypal, only $67 was refunded to my paypal. I called paypal to verify and they said they only saw the refund for $67 and then I called the easykits and they claimed that both amounts were refunded. THEY WERNT. So I have filed a dispute with Paypal and it will take longer to get my money. All in total this company charged me $728.00 They are scammers!
