eBay financial department Lisa randall, Jeffery Martin Lisa Randall was supposedly selling me her motorcycle but when I found out eBay doesn't use western union it was too late and she wouldn't message me back neither would the "eBay agent" Topeka Kansas

I would like to report a scam artist that robbed me of $1900 for a motorcycle I was supposed to buy...they told me they were a female army corporol that wanted to get rid of before leaving the country and after I found out ebay don't use western union it was too late I had already sent the money...I would like to get my money back, if there's anyone out there that can help id really appreciate it
