"Lindas camera world" is the name of the seller who I bought an ICAM SVP from, off ebay. The ICAM SVP I received is a piece of s**t. The pictures,videos,mp3 doesn't work at all. You guys should be aware about that seller.

Follow-up... Also among that feedback is the seller's claim of being a lady while holding a knife in one hand and a club in the other... Meaning...Retaliatory feedback to every unhappy costumer is the niceness that she offers others.

Now go ahead and tuck down your horns seller and say cheeeeeeeese because everyone now has a full view of the kind of seller that you are. One thing's for sure... There's nothing wrong with "this" picture. Puns intended.

Seller passes the buck!

Melinda, did you yourself offer this buyer a cash refund or did you use the warranty as your cop-out for not satisfying this customer? It's clear to me, on this report, that you passed the buyer off to another party (passed the buck) and washed your hands of your own sales by you yourself not standing buy what you sell. That would surly make me one very mad consumer.

Second best ... did you offer credit instead? In reading your horridly bad feedback of poor service, coping out seemed to be a pattern with you.
What's wrong with you (as a seller) in standing by the products you're selling instead of using the warranty as your cop-out for not satisfying your
customer?

Next...You can't be the (you better be friendly cop) of this world. You clearly have an upset and unhappy customer here (one of many). I feel that this buyer used a great deal of restraint considering he/she feels ripped off by you. Pretty much what you're saying is that if someone doesn't conform to kissing your butt with fluffy kindness, you'll use that as just another excuse to not satisfy an unhappy customer.

I hope that everyone that reads this repost also takes a good look at your feedback. In there rest the truth.

Let me first say, I do not appreciate the foul, mean spirited way this issue is being explained here on this post, and I think this reflects poorly on the message poster, this website, and its owners, and I do not endorse or support it. I am only responding to help this customer and future customers find the right path to solving any problem they may have with an SVP product, purchased from lindas camera world.

According to what I can make of the foul short description of this customer, and this applies to any other purchaser of a SVP product from my company, the item comes backed by a 1 year manufacturer warranty. SVP's website is www.svp-tech.com and they will handle our customer's returns directly if you tell them you purchased from lindas. If your issue is not addressed by SVP please contact me at melinda@lindas-camera-world.com I would be happy to assist you with support. There's no rip-off here other then this 'rip-off website' misleading my honest customers.
