I have had a Ebay Store for two years, I have sold a few items.   They now have a new policy on EBAY which I feel is not legal.   One must now sell over $250.00, 25 items, and have a rating of Standard or above.   I have sold way over $250, I have high standard rating, I have only sold 8 items.  They now will hold your clients payment for up to 21 days.  You must now ship out items without receiving payment (they have it in a PENDING status.  They state to speed your recieving your funds ship with tracking number, so you ship out without payment recieved.  They have deducted your fees for Ebay and hold your money  even after delivery.   They than state they must have a POSTIVE Rate on Item, and they will than release funds.  The clients may have purchase with a credit card such as VISA, MC, AMEX, DSICOVER CARD, these cards all state the payment must be recieved by the selling as so as it clear banking house.  EBAY is not applying to any regulation of these Credit Card Companies.  If the client purchase via Pay Pal your Screw this is control by Ebay.   This policy is so wrong, and I can not see how they are getting away with it.  I pay a fee for s store on Ebay which show I a not a USED product items.  I have been in retail business for over 20 years, I have a Online store, and uses Ebay because of the Google search is stronger.   This costumer service play ganes with your of tranferring calls to Ebay and Pay Pal .  Pay Pal states its a Ebay Policy, but the true story is they work together.   Ebay does not encourge a retail market,  they hold our money earn and they does not give your interest on the time they hold your money.  This is a MONEY SCAM for EBAY.   The have the policy posted, but as you talk to them the  detail of it change and not all of it is posted. 

SELLER BEWARDE EBAY IS A CON.    I see the poor little person selling their stuff in a trap and EBAY will screw them.     20/20 or 60 minutes should do a report on how EBAY  SCAM and HOLDS People money in the end your have a wide open end for fraud,  For you send the items out without money recieved, you have to trust that EBAY will give your money in 21 days,  if the person that purchase the items does not comment they can hold for money forever.   Your product is in the hards of the purchase and you have nothing.   I am sure this policy is not legal by fair trade act and they sure be investigate by interstate commerce act.     SELLER BEWARE OF EBAY CON AND POLICY.    Only EBAY gets MONEY................FRAUD is Wide open on this policy.   I did have the purchses email address and on a number of items I refund their payments via Pay Pal.  I than had them purchse on my online store.  I got the sell and ebay got a few $ for fee.  My product was not sent out before I recieved payment.  What retailer would do so. EBAY IS NUTS, and with this policy all at EBAY will be out of a job. in the next year.  FOR WHO WOULD POST ANYTHING WITH THEM.   EBAY IS SCREW BAY...............
