On July 09, 2009, I was surfing the internet for "At Home" business opportunities and I saw an Ad for EBay Success and clicked on the button and went to their website. I was intrigued and agreed to the shipping of their CD at a cost of $1.95. There was, I recall, a 3 day free trial that began on the day I received the CD. If I did not cancel within the trial period, they would charge me $39.95.

When the CD arrived on July 16, 2009, it was incompatible with my Apple PowerBook because it designed for a Microsoft Windows. I called them and canceled my "membership" and the customer representative reported that the account was canceled. I destroyed the CD and did not think about for the rest of the month.

To my surprise on July 29, 2009 while checking my credit card account, I noticed that they had charged both the $1.95 (shipping) and $39.95 on the same day - July 10, 2009.

I called their 800-808-8529 and the customer representative told me that the free trial started the day I agreed to have the CD shipped to me and would last 3 business days which would be 14 July 2009. I tried to explain that they were in error but the rep would not budge off her script. I asked that copies of the terms and conditions that were posted on their website the day I visited be sent to me. I said that the pages must clearly show the date-time stamp when these pages were posted. I also asked for proof of my accepting those terms and a copy of that agreement be sent.

As I was perusing their website, I was stunned when I found that this company is organized under the laws of Cyprus.

After several telephone calls and emails to Micheal Greene, they issued me a refund of the $39.95 which was posted to my credit card on August 1, 2009.

I usually verify a company before agreeing to anything and this time I did not and was taken advantage of. Anyone tempted by their claims need to read all of the information on the website. But this particular company should be avoided at all cost.
