Ebay.com, Paypal.com, Half.com And John Wiley & Sons they will release all your personal information for buyers and sellers without ever asking you!! Irvine California

I have been recently sued for selling a book on ebay and they are stating that since the book was not made in USA that I am not covered under the "first sale doctrine". They are saying that since they have exclusive right to sell the book in the USA that I have violated their copyright.

That is not the worst of it. Ebay and paypal and half.com is helping them without even blinking an eye by giving them all the buyers name address and billing address and secondary address and ip addresses of every computer every logged in by the buyer and seller!!


The publishers are now suing hundreds of people in the Southern District Court of NY.

The publishers are now printing more books overseas so they can sue and make money off the seller and buyer!! They print books in USA and sell them here for $200 and then print the same book overseas and sell them for $50!!
Do you think that is fair? It is a way that American students are subsidizing textbook prices for students in other countries without even knowing it.
Every student and teacher and citizen should write to every congressmen and newspaper to let the word out.
