Found vehicle on autotrader.com. Per seller request, sent money via MoneyGram to ebay Safe Transactions in February. Have not received the vehicle. Seller now requesting money for shipping to be refunded upon delivery. This was never mentioned at the beginning of the transaction. Have repeatedly asked to cancel the transaction and have my original payment refunded, but have been ignored.
