I finally received an order from ebladestore.com. It took 8 weeks, and they charged my credit card one day after I placed the order. The packing of the order was the absolute minimum, if UPS were not such a good company I think the box would have lost its contents long before it got to my house.

I received what I ordered, but the service (card charging policy, packing and delivery time) was very poor. I cannot recommend them and will not use them again.

Without knowing who this customer is (Stephen in Chicago, Illinois is not valid in our system) I can not speak to the specifics of this claim. If we can not ship an order immediately, a refund is issued and the customer is then charged once can we ship. eBladeStore.com has real-time inventory on the website (http://www.ebladestore.com/realtime-inventory.shtml), so the customer knows in prior to placing an order if an item is out of stock. If it is, the customer has the option of backordering. If this is the case, again, the customer is refunded in full and charged upon shipping. Our main shipping box is a Single Wall Corrugated Box - Kraft (200-lb. Test / 32-lb. ECT). This box, as with all our shipping materials, exceeds standards.
