I recieved a bill from RMCB collection Agency saying I owe E. Burnham Cosmetic Company $26.95. I have never heard of this company until I recieved a bill from them about 1 1/2 months ago.

I sent a letter back with the bill telling them that I never ordered anything from their company. Then 2 days ago I get the letter from RMCB saying that I hadn't paid as agreed. I never agreed because I never ordered.
