Horrible company. Ordered a TV a week before Christmas and it was never shipped. I called a couple of days after I placed the order and was pushed to pay $400 in shipping. I agreed so they would get it shipped. They never shipped it and never communicated unless I reached out to them. I finally cancelled the order after they never shippped it.

They also force you to rate them immediately after placing the order. This is a scam because they have not even processed or shipped the product yet.
