On June 21, 2012, I visited the offices of Eccentric Exotic Five Star Professional Maid Service to apply for a position as a regular housekeeper (NOT as an "exotic"/nude housekeeper). I responded to a job posting by the company on craigslist.org. The company's policy is that each applicant must pay $35 for a background check to be conducted.

I paid the required $35 fee for the background check. However, despite having no criminal history and excellent job skills, I was never called for an interview. Plus, the company never provided any proof of the background check.

Each time that I inquired about the status of my application (which was on 3 separate occasions by email), they replied and told me that I needed to wait. First, I had to wait 10 days for an update. Then, they told me that I needed to wait another 15 days. After that time had passed, they told me that I needed to wait 7 more days! They just kept stringing me along.

After a month had passed, on July 27, 2012, I requested a full refund of my $35 fee by phone and email. I no longer trusted the company and believed that I had been scammed. The owner of the company (who goes by the bizarre pornographic moniker of "Sexual or Saxual Blu") refused to give me a refund under any circumstances. As a shield, he attempts to use his "no refund" policy (printed on the job applications) as a defense.

I have no idea what he actually did with my money. Recently, I notified him by email that I would be taking further action against him and his operation. I my opinion, he's not running a legitimate business.

He's nothing more than a thief and a local scam artist. I believe that he takes $35 from each applicant to supposedly run a background check but then he never calls anyone (or he calls very few) for an interview and he has no real jobs to offer. Furthermore, he never sends applicants any proof that a background check was actually conducted.

Most job applicants will simply forget about their applications and their money. I believe that is what "Mr. Blu" depends on in order to continue running his scam and stealing $35 from unsuspecting men and women.

Who knows how many people have come to "Mr. Blu's" office over the years to apply for a housekeeping position, paid $35 (or more) for a presumed background check, and then never heard from him or his maid service again?  I'm sure that I'm not the first and as long as he's allowed to remain in business, I won't be the last.   ...And who knows how much "Mr. Blu" has profited through ill-gotten gains?

Here is one last key note: "Mr. Blu" was sued in 2009 over this same issue. His case was litigated on "The Peoples Court" and the judge ruled against him. Here is the YouTube link to the case of "The Peoples Court: The Case of Sexual Blue's Exotic Maid Service (1/2)":

Part 1 of the case - http://youtu.be/y0FZDrPvY4I
Part 2 of the case - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fF4eSvqTuNA

Once again, I applied for a REGULAR housekeeping position, not for one as a nude maid. I have no interest in being a glorified stripper.

"Mr. Blu" and Eccentric Exotic Five Star Professional Maid Service needs to shut down or at minimum, closely monitored for such things as misrepresentation and fraud.

Invention of charater

AUTHOR: Shelly from Los Angeles - (United States of America)

POSTED: Friday, September 14, 2012

I've never fooled anyone. I've let people fool themselves. They didn't bother to find out who and what I was. Instead they would invent a character for me. I wouldn't argue with them. They were obviously loving somebody I wasn't.

Great Ideal

POSTED: Thursday, September 13, 2012

The only problem is that Mr. Blue does not have time to respond to this B.S. No  response on the last response(Now that is something funny) Good luck no one will respond again to you  if fact we are all busy. Sire.

It all started late last Saturday night when Crowe's tire blew out. Still in his car, he was making his way to the shoulder of the road when another vehicle hit his car from behind, according to the affiliate report.Crowe's fiancee was injured in the crash, and he called 911, using her cell phone. Calls were made at 11:48, 11:49, 11:54 and 11:58, according to WFAA, but never got through to the 911 call center.Crowe exited his vehicle and tried to get help from the road. But another car hit him, and he ended up in the hospital. "I just heard the tire screeching and then, 'Bam!'" Crowe said. "I just kept saying, 'Lord, please don't take me. I got kids depending on me. Don't take me don't take me."Crowe had broken his arm, bruised his leg badly - and his right eye needed stitches."Maybe if we'd have gotten a response, or if police would have answered, then I would have just stayed in the truck a little longer," Crowe said. "That way I wouldn't have walked back down there and it would have been avoided."But the city of Dallas said it's not at fault."The city of Dallas conducted a review of the calls during the time period of this incident," read a statement from city hall. "At this time, we cannot find any indication that the Dallas 911 call center received a call from Mr. Crowe's cell number.""It went into the antenna, but it didn't come to us," Dallas Mayor Mike Rawlings told WFAA. "We've got proof it didn't show up at 911. The call got into T-Mobile's antenna, and it didn't get to us. It wasn't sent appropriately. One of those things that just didn't hit up."In a statement, the city of Dallas said the call center had received other calls at about the same time as Crowe's, and that it was not at capacity.A Dallas Police Department lieutenant who oversees the call center visited Crowe in the hospital Tuesday to get a firsthand account, a city spokesman told WFAA."Cell phones can be extremely valuable in emergency situations. However, cell phone users should always be aware of the limitations in cell phone technology in relationship with 911 systems," read the city of Dallas' statement.

A Judge Will Decide

AUTHOR: CC - (USA)

POSTED: Saturday, September 08, 2012

I filed a report on this site in an effort to caution other men and women who may be considering employment with "Sexual Blu" (the owner) and his maid service. I have submitted my report, and I will not continue to reply to "Mr. Blu's" overt lies and unsubstantiated remarks about me.

I am entitled to file a complaint against any company that I believe has wronged me and refuses to settle the matter in an amicable and equitable manner.  This matter will now be adjudicated in a court of law.  A judge will make the final determination based on the facts of the incident, not "Mr. Blu's" tall tales.

Personal Expierance

AUTHOR: littlecowsps - (United States of America)

POSTED: Monday, August 27, 2012

Upon completing my application I skeptical to pay the 35$, and after a few exchanged questions as well.
I left the office and shortly received a call from the owner and was told that I could have asked for a fee waiver. Which if hired, is taken out of the first pay check. I had a few questions that I asked the gentleman at the front such as, Why do you only ask for the last 4 of your social security number? and, Why are you not asking for a copy of my ID? The gentleman was kind and answered my questions accordingly. Despite his assistance I left with my resume in hand.
I received a call from the owner who further went on to let me know that had I asked for a fee waiver, for the background check, I would have been given a form to fill out. Besides the complaint that is listed here from the angry woman, I have not found any other complaints against this company and believe they are indeed who they say they are.
If the 35$ back ground check scares you, just ask the gentleman for a fee waiver and he will gladly hand you one.

Signature _____________________________

The disclaimer clearly states that there is no guaranteed (Above she stated that she knows of no company
that makes a guaranteed in her own words(We also make made no such claims)
The disclamier clearly states within the body  that there is a $35.00 non-refundable Administration fee
She was also inform this at the time that she called to make the application employment.
Above the disclamer she was ask to read before signing which she did (Remember with in her clamplaint
here she alledges to be( I'm intelligent enough to understand that no company will guarantee
employment) If this is true why did you make the choice to complete the application and pay the $35.00 fee after being told about the fee on the phone and after reading the disclaimer at the time that you arrive to the office. Its a 20-30 minutes drive from her home to our office. She could had changed her mind at any time
Another statement that she made is Once again, I applied for a REGULAR housekeeping position, not for one as a nude maid. I have no interest in being a glorified stripper.

"Mr. Blu" and Eccentric Exotic Five Star Professional Maid Service needs to shut down or at minimum, closely monitored for such things as misrepresentation and fraud. ( There was no misrepresentation every thing was reduce into writing) And, she agreed to all terms as a intelligent women she knew what she was getting into.
In addition no one on this planet since 1998 will find not one complaite against us from not one client that had their house cleaned. And, we have over 34 employees who are really to talk to any applicant up on request prior to completeing a application.

This lady is crazy. Is the only answer that I can think of. She knew that there was no guranteed. And, after a month from completeing her application when she realize that she would not be hire she demanded a refund. She first came to our office and asked if she could become a exotic maid since her application was not granted for the regular house cleaning. She said that she really needed a job (Base from her filing of her rip off report) I now know that she really needed
employment. It was then that she offer to give me a Blow Job, if I would just give her a job. And, I have this on tape. Ever transation within our office is recorded. I provided the tape to our legal department. This why she made it a point not one time but three times to mention the exotic made service.

In for the record not ever one that comes to our office pays an $35.00 fee if they can not afford the fee they can request a fee waiver ( We will also provide all of the sign fee waviers for any one that wants to view them tha are consider applying. We will also provide all email between our company ant the lady that is making this no basic  complaint.

To view any documents emails ect please feel free to call me directly I will also provide a copy of the claimer application and disclaime that she had signed and agree too

Sincerely

#3 UPDATE Employee

Hello my name is Shelly a employee of Eccentric

AUTHOR: Shelly from Los Angeles - (United States of America)

POSTED: Wednesday, August 22, 2012

Its a shame that one person are the subject of ire and complaint. We criticize them readily when we see things go awry; or dont go our way. But at Eccentric Five Star professional Maid Service the lights stay on?  And, the business keeps rolling in?  effortlessly?

Much like the invisibility of infrastructure, most of us dont notice when things go well. They say that ubiquity is the highest compliment in product design: when no one says anything, youve achieved one of the upper echelons of success.

Jobs are hard to come by nowadays and I am grateful that Eccentric five star professional maid service at this trying economic time you decided to give me a chance and hire me. I put my application in on June 21st of 2012, and begin working on Aug, 10th of 2012, Since my employment with Eccentric five star professional maid service I had met so many entertainers that its  like a living a day dream.

I feel for the lady whom did not get hire but not everyone does like any other business.  I am not going to say that her complaint is not justified because its not in my place to do. But, I can only say that I paid $35.00 as well and here I am working for a great company which I truly hope will last for years to come I have no reason to believe that it will not last because some of my co-workers has been with Eccentric five star professional maid service for  9-8 years.

I would like for Eccentric to know that I truly appreciate this opportunity. I've been learning a lot about the business and so far it has proved to be very exciting for me!

Regards,
Shelly

Owner Continues Dishonesty

AUTHOR: CC - (USA)

POSTED: Wednesday, August 22, 2012

The owner's rebuttal is a complete fabrication.

Instead of responding to the facts of the incident in question in a professional manner, the owner chose to create a story that is riddled with lies.

I'm intelligent enough to understand that no company will guarantee employment. However, most companies also do not require job applicants to pay for their own background checks. Most companies absorb that cost as a part of doing business. Furthermore, I previously stated to the owner ("Mr. Blu") that his company's "No Refund" policy (or disclaimer) is not an absolute defense.

As I said in my initial report, "Mr. Blu" NEVER proved that he used my $35 fee specifically to run a background check. Therefore, he did not meet the terms of his own contract (the job application). Since he failed to show that he used my money in a lawful manner, he is in breach of contract and his "no refund" policy/disclaimer is irrelevant.

Additionally, none of the activities that "Mr. Blu" claims in his rebuttal actually occurred. His reply is a weak and desperate attempt to make himself look blameless.

As I stated in my original report, I believe that this man and his maid service are a fraud. I warn anyone against doing business with him or seeking any type of employment with him. Please do not waste your time and money like I mistakenly did.

This man's fictitious rebuttal is just additional evidence of his lack of character and extremely poor values. Sadly, "Mr. Blu" is incapable of being honest and telling the truth. He simply will not admit that he misused my funds and that he was wrong for not giving me a refund when I initially requested it.

Do not do business with this man. He's not trustworthy and he has no integrity.

While she really needed that job

AUTHOR: Eccentric five star professional ma - (United States of America)

POSTED: Wednesday, August 22, 2012

She fell to mention that at the time that she had completed her application that she has filed a disclaimer which clearly state that there is no guaranteed of employment. In addition: for some reason she wants to make it clear that she did not apply for the exotic maid service. Why did she even mention the exotic maid service to make a part point. I tell you why, She is up set because she was not hire the reason is that she had offer to give me a blow job during the interview process and exchange for employment but I refuse. Next time that I know she started making the claims.

In addition as far as people court I was paid $5,000 to attend that show in addition I also did judge Brown two times. I knew the turn out of the show even before filming begin because its what I was told and paid to do include the fake fight. T it has allow us to grow across the USA The show was not 100% real its TV (LOL) But it has helped out business 100%.

In fact in all of our advertisement it States "As seen on national TV" Its not nothing that we tried to hide. I am happy I don't need to sleep with you. So stop texting me and calling our office. I don't care about all of the posting because negative is really positive it helps my business.

PS: I hope that you find a job soon: Because you have too much time on your hand.

I am good..
