Echo tone Music, LLC ECHOTONEMUSIC.NET Internet Fraud: Failure to Deliver $415 Product Rochester New York

I am the author of the original complaint against Echo Tone Music, LLC. Since that complaint was filed I have been able to be in contact with the owner of the company, who upon learning of my problem immediately rectified it to my complete satisfaction.

After discussing the problem with the owner of Echo Tone Music it became apparent that all my previous communication with Echo Tone Music had been with an employee who never signed his/her name to the emails I received, who was using an email account intended only for processing, and who has since been terminated. It was the content of those emails and then the complete lack of any response to further questions that made me believe I was being ripped off.

I did try to speak to the owner by phone before filing my complaint, but unfortunately the message I left for him to contact me never reached him.

I regret all the problems my complaint has caused Echo Tone Music and the fine folks who work there. As soon as the owner became aware of what had happened to me, he shipped the product I had originally ordered and it was just what I wanted. It arrived a few days later in excellent condition, in double boxing with ample bubble wrap.

Echo Tone Music has treated me with genuine respect and courtesy, which is really saying something in the light of all the negative press I have caused them by filing my complaints online. I deeply regret any damages to their reputation I may have caused. If I could erase my complaints from the Internet, I would do so in a flash. I only hope that this complaint update gets as much notice online as the complaints did.
