ECIG they said anser a few questions and get ecig starter kit for just paying shipping & handeling of $4.95 but they took $109.95 out of my account and i havent been able to contact them back . Internet

they said if i anser a few questions they would send me a ecig starter kit for just paying shipping charges. icent the 4.95 shipping and they went and took 109 and change out of my account. out and out lied about it. What a scam,thats a lot of money when on a fixed income and trying to raise money for a heart transplant, THAT REALY HERT.
