The order was supposed to for 3.95 they charge me 39.99 and then they charge another 99.95 to my account and it over draftedI am disputing this matter I did not authorize this transaction. Sheral Torrington ct

I posted a follow up on this company on 11.16.17. Please review. i finally reached the company and was refunded $72.95, but I still was charged $4.95 (shipping) plus $30 for the starter kit. The initial agreement was for a "promotional gift" for $4.95 shipping, in exchange for completing the marketing survey.
Word of warning. NEVER agree to a pop-up offer of a "free promotional gift" in exchange for completing a survey... I am somewhat chagrined that I got sucked into this scam. I usually can spot these things. As to this company - avoid it.
ALSO - this company is NOT the same as ecig.com. Just a word of caution. Ecig.com says they receive calls all the time from angry consumers who got sucked into the ECS ECIGSHOP scam.

I am an attorney and can attest that this company is committing fraud by "bait and switch" and then charging unauthorized amounts. This is actually illegal and the company should be shut down and the owners arrested.
They promise a "promotion" for a small amount for "shipping" and then charge $99.95 or more on credit card. I am calling my bank to challenge these unauthroized charges.
