I completed survey, promised me to pay $3.95 for a $139 vapor kit, Electronic cigarette. Online survey for CABLE One i completed survey, and told me i had complete survey. I payed $3.95 for the product that was list for $139.99 took money from my account for additional $99.99 st. louis Missouri

I was using internet when i got a pop-up window asking to take Survey on internet provider for Cable One. I completed survey, and told i a choice of products to purchase at big discount. I decided to purchase E-cigs Starter Kit. List on there website for $139.99 oder the product played $3.95 enter all my information. Product shows up at my house, i though i had got good deal, was happy to recieve this product by complete survey i figured it was legit deal since i been using Cable One for years. 3 weeks later i notied i had been charged for the e-cig started kit $139.99. I called the company phone number, Asian lady that couldn't speak english at all, terrrible experciece i'm sure this was there tactic to make people give up , and just pay them. So, upset that website didn't tell me anything about charge me the product whe i finalized the deal.
