We were contracted by ECO in January of 2017 to perform service work at a medical facility. Cheryl told me on 6/14/17 ECO had recieved payment from the medical company and it was sent to another department to process for payment to us and she would email the CFO. Since then I have made numerous phone calls with the same run around. Now all I get is a recording saying they are experiencing technical difficulties and no response via email either.
