Ecoloblue Water Pure International Order # 4250: I ordered & paid 1499.00 for the EB 30 model on June 23 2010. After several messages & one email I still havene't rec'd it. The person I spoke to today told me to wait 2 more weeks...aft Pacheco, California

Order # 4250. I ordered & paid 1499.00 for an EB30 Ecoloblue 30 on June 23 2010. On June 24 I rec'd an email indicating it was on back order for shipment in 2-3 weeks from my order date. Around July 13 I called & asked what the status was & they told me it should be shipped on August 1st. I called today August 4th & they told me to wait 2 more weeks. I do not like this company's business practices as I have paid for something which I have not rec'd without a reasonable explanation as to why I have not rec'd it. I would like a refund or my product delivered in good condition immediately. Thank you.

I received my money back after contacting president Mr. Wayne Ferreira. He apologized for my inconvenience & told me he would contact me when he had one ready to deliver.
