Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I went in for an oil change , 200 $ later after I was told that the transmision gasket was badly leaking . I said ok, lets change this . They removed the pan and after they cleaned they told me that metal shavings were found in the pan.OK I was stupid to say yes, the issue I have is that they did not told me the price, before they did the job.So is not much that I can do except never, never , never go in. One more thing I will do is tell everybody I know ( 200 people ) about this place.

if you get a refund dont go back, vehicles are getting more complex and these ignorant, uneducated, inexperienced(at least most) just cant do the work and all they want is their commission cheque, please take your vehicles to a shop with licensed technicians the worst person performing lube jobs will at least be an apprentice mechanic at a real shop. and try and find a place that pays their techs hourly, they are far less likely to lie about procedures your vehicle needs because they do not make commission and do not get a flat rate for each repair.

I contacted the manager and he is willing to give me a refund for this .So appears that the company is going in the right direction.
