We have booked car rental through this company. Received voucher for Europcar at O'Hare. Rental 24/7. Our plane arrived late at 2 am. Rental place (Advantage) was closed. We had to rent a car somewhere else. We have tried to get our money back. Nobody answer the phone (in New York - no 800) nobody answer email. We have tried Chat. After 2 hours someone with the name "Andy" answer the chat as follows: "Andy
Unfortunately, we cannot help because your booking was not with us. We don't provide booking numbers starting with the letter B."
BTW Booking number was on their "voucher"...

We had to report their charges to Credit Card as a fraud.

Total ripoff.
