I have purchased several items from eCost.com that were advertised a free after rebate. However the rebates have been rejected by the manufactuer, PCUSA Corp because of technicalities and there is no resubmission allowed.

The latest was because I didn't sign the form.

To date have have submitted three rebates totaling 43.00 that were not honored. There is no notification that the rebate was rejected either.

They are not doing anything illegal as far as I know. They are just making it extremly difficult, then will not allow any follow-up.

I have copies of everything I sent them, so it would not be that difficult to let me sign the copy and send it in.
