The Truth of the matter is Edwin Arenas took talent payments of over 156,000.00 because he wanted to produce a movie.  Plain and Simple.  He got his hands on money that wasnt his and thought he would never get caught.  Ego and Greed.  Ask any Talent Agent in South Florida.  Eddy has played the south florida entertainment scene for 30 years.  Racking up felonies and mugshots and blaming evryone but himself for all his misfortune.  If you walk into his offices and are a young and  attractive female he will  want to mentor and coach you.  Always the hidden agendas.  But it's the womans fault for being attractive.  I mean....it's not Ed's fault he's a womanizing sociopath.  Well, the party boy of 20 years ago is now a mid life train wreck.  Hustling any job and anyone he can as he plays his next move, moment by moment.  The truth is, he has admitted as much to his friends already.  The truth will always set you free.  But not when you are a 59 year old with the moral compass of a 12 year old hustler.

This should help you to understand Eds behavior.  Below you will find the profiled behavior of a sociopath which fits.  Sociopaths hold it together a long time.  They are charming.  Then their charm breaks down and they lose it, hence, John Gacy, Ted Bundy.  They begin to do the wildest, stupidest things because not only are they mentally broken, but they are mentally breaking down completely.  You can see the total resemblance.  This will help you to understand who and what you are dealing with.  Most people do not understand the definition of a Sociopath.  Sociopaths are not normal and do not operate under a normal person's thought process/pattern which means you cannot expect their behavior to match what you "think" should be and is appropriate behavior.  There is no rhyme or reason to their behavior, no explanation and no way to predict their behavior which can be completely random, sporadic and totally bizarre.

What I have found in business is the best thing you can do is hold your tongue on anything to say about him from an emotional perspective, which I know is hard at this point, because you have every right to be totally pissed.  But, instead to comment repeating a rehearsed non-emotional business statement to those that would ask--it can be "He is no longer in the company's employment."  and that's it.  End of conversation.  Then talk about the business and making money.  Keep the focus of the conversation off him totally no matter who you are talking to, because there are those that will repeat everything you say about him and you want to give him nothing in hearsay.  You only talk about what you want your best client to hear, because you can bet he/she will hear AND REPEAT whatever is said.  If you show professionalism where he is concerned in every way it will blow over and he will bury himself in running his mouth.  That way you look good, the client's love you because they know you can be professional and show grace under pressure in a business that is always pressurized--this is important to the client that wants to know you can keep things under wraps and not wear everything on your sleeve.  It is imperative that the general public not know your private business.  What you show is the positive side of Unique--remembering in the back of your mind, he is history--You are the future and Unique is doing fabulous.  People believe what they perceive.  Give them them right perception which is You and Unique are doing well and busier than ever.

Glibness and Superficial Charm

Manipulative and Conning They never recognize the rights of others and see their self-serving behaviors as permissible. They appear to be charming, yet are covertly hostile and domineering, seeing their victim as merely an instrument to be used. They may dominate and humiliate their victims.

Grandiose Sense of Self Feels entitled to certain things as "their right."

Pathological Lying Has no problem lying coolly and easily and it is almost impossible for them to be truthful on a consistent basis. Can create, and get caught up in, a complex belief about their own powers and abilities. Extremely convincing and even able to pass lie detector tests.

Lack of Remorse, Shame or Guilt A deep seated rage, which is split off and repressed, is at their core. Does not see others around them as people, but only as targets and opportunities. Instead of friends, they have victims and accomplices who end up as victims. The end always justifies the means and they let nothing stand in their way.

Shallow Emotions When they show what seems to be warmth, joy, love and compassion it is more feigned than experienced and serves an ulterior motive. Outraged by insignificant matters, yet remaining unmoved and cold by what would upset a normal person. Since they are not genuine, neither are their promises.

Incapacity for Love

Need for Stimulation Living on the edge. Verbal outbursts and physical punishments are normal. Promiscuity and gambling are common.

Callousness/Lack of Empathy Unable to empathize with the pain of their victims, having only contempt for others' feelings of distress and readily taking advantage of them.

Poor Behavioral Controls/Impulsive Nature Rage and abuse, alternating with small expressions of love and approval produce an addictive cycle for abuser and abused, as well as creating hopelessness in the victim. Believe they are all-powerful, all-knowing, entitled to every wish, no sense of personal boundaries, no concern for their impact on others.

Early Behavior Problems/Juvenile Delinquency Usually has a history of behavioral and academic difficulties, yet "gets by" by conning others. Problems in making and keeping friends; aberrant behaviors such as cruelty to people or animals, stealing, etc.

I am presently involved in a law suit with filer of this report.  I am the legal owner of the company know as Unique Casting and have had to walk out of my own business to stop this nefarious character.  Some time in 2009 when I was living in NY, I had hired a company by the name of Ooops Productions to run my casting office and it was directly managed by Ricardo Padula.

After an inside job complete theft of the contents of my office on Jan. 29, 2009, I discovered that Ricardo had been stealing talent and client money by billing it to his corporation and not Unique Casting.  One of the clients was the job in question in this rip off report.  Because I am a standup guy, and the final responsibility pointed to my business, I recruited a partner that was supposed to cancel out such debts as this one and clear my and Unique Castings good name.  He never did pay of my debts, invalidating our agreement and causing me to walk out on my own business in order to stop "his greed".  This lien would never exist had he fulfilled his obligation.   The good news is that everyone involved in that lean was paid their talent money.   (vindication is forthcoming)
