ed bales scammed me out of $3500 Internet florida
*Consumer Suggestion: Fight back before time runs out
*Consumer Comment: One obvious issue
i paid ed bales $3500 to get my husband moved to a safer instiutuion and possibly get time off his sentence or early release. he strung us along and along not doing anything close to what was promised to us. after dealing with him for awhile with no type of results i asked for my money back and he refused. his never did anything worth charging me for. my husband is still incarcerated and im out of $3500!! it was a total rip off and waste of time.

I don't believe that you could "pay" someone in order to lower the jail sentence. I believe that this would be depended on the type of the sentence and behavior of the person in jail. If you think you can "pay" someone to do that, it is called "bribe" and that is illegal. If anyone claims to be able to do that by being paid, it is also illegal. If you can prove that they promise you to do so, you may be able to sue some of the money back (small claim court?).
