The company plays games with automatic payments to ensure you have a gap in payments in order to charge massive fees.  Ensuring you never pay off your loan.  My student loan with them is 8%!! Accrued daily.  They don't answer the phone.  I've been on hold for 20 minutes.

When my loan was given to them from some other company my automatic payments stopped and I didn't realize it for a few months or so thereafter and they charged me HUGE massive fees!  Thousands of dollars in fees that essentially wiped out 3 years of payments!  This whole system is out of control.  Financiers are shafting us left and right doing whatever they want with us.  TAKING all our money basically. The government has to get this under control.  Seriously, we cannot go on this way.
