 Hi there, I live at Eden springs apartment complex, and i have since august of last year. Myself as well as 3 of my neighbors (that i know of) have complained to the management about roaches, amenities, parking, and even the crime activity.Huge roach problem! !! The maintenance is often on our balcanys (ladder) with no permission, and no notice at 8-9 am, hammering. The management us extremely, rude and condescending. Most recently, i paid my rent mid June, (the 12th), i paid Julys rent (after receiving back pay for maternity leave.) On June 17th i noticed a note boldly taped open faced to my door stating that they did jot receive said money order. Management asked for the receipt, which i promptly handed over. Two days later i was told it was resolved with the receipt. Today, i came home from work to another note claiming rent was not paid, and i now owed $1500 to avoid an eviction. I spoke to the manager, danielle, who was extremely rude and even hung up on me, after she told me the surveillance footage had been deleted and wouldn't have helped anyway. Then she called me a liar and hung up on me. In less than a month these people have "lost" a moneygram money order, the receipt stub, and the surveillance footage. Statistically, just no. Not possible. I am a single mother with two young sons. I work my butt off and i cannot afford to pay an additional 665 in addition to the late fees. Please please expose these bullies, this is scary!
