3 Tickets for EL CLASICO soccer game in Barcelona, Spain.

Back in November 2015, we bought 3 tickets to watch the soccer game between Barcelona vs Real Madrid in Barcelona, Spain for April 2, 2016. We planned our trip to go to Barcelona from Los Angeles, CA to watch the game. We got there on April 1, 2016 when we got an email from online ticket express that we will get the game tickets 3 hrs before the game on Saturday April 2, 2016. We were in shock. We were thinking how can that be possible to get the tickets that we bought back in November 2015 only 3 hrs before the game. We started calling the company and there was not any answer. We sent emails until they answered and stated that we will get the tickets, we just needed to be patient and wait until 5pm on gameday. We waited the whole day in the hotel hoping that we will get the tickets but they were never deliver. We ended up no going to the game. The game that we have planned to watch for months we couldn't go. The closest we got from the field was outside of the stadium. It was an awful experience. L

Later, we figured out how this company works. We paid for the tickets $ 945 per ticket for a total of $ 2835 back in November. They got our tickets but they put them on sale to see if they get more money for them because they know that the tickets are in high demand for that particular game. The tickets were class 1, on saturday April 2, those tickets cost around $ 2000 each plus per ticket for Class 1. They probably sold them for more money which will give them more profit. They don't mind if we don't get the tickets because the probably made the triple even if they need to refund the $ 2835 that we paid. If you do the calculations, they made $ 3000 more by not deliver the tickets.

This company should be banned from doing business here in the US and in any part of the world.
