Considering how hard it is to remove a teacher it is pretty clear who is the Ripoff. You are Amy Downey or Aminita. These men were  asked to take out the trash. Downey you are just angry and bitter because they were successful. We are a small district everyone knows about your incompetence and your connection to the school union president Marylou Clark. Should we add adulteress to your claim to fame? It may be time to file a ripoff report on you. We are tired of seeing this craziness on the web.

Mrs. Downey don't you think you have done enough? As a parent I do not like students seeing this nonsense at school. Do the right thing for a change. We are proud of our school this has to stop. Move on with some dignity.

The posting regarding Mrs. Downey is taken out of context from a newspaper listing that was false. The true story, which deals with obtaining medical care for treatment of pain, is that she willingly surrendered her license to the state to obtain treatment for a medical condition, acknowledged by the AMA.

This is yet another example of the slanderous behavior of this school administration. Do they also attack diabetics, those with high blood pressure, obesity? Probably. Working in medicine practitioners are obligated to temporarily turn a registration in that state over to the state while getting medical care. She only did what she was supposed to do. This statement infers she is part of a drug culture and abuses drugs , which is not true. Does it make those liars feel better to assault someone in order to build themselves up:??? Look within, at those working at CVCS with DWI histories and other police blotter comments.

Mrs. Downey still has her medical license and her registration can be restored and will be when she so desires that.
Get the facts right. No, those people never will. They live in some delusional world because no one has the nerve to stand up to them.

License Revoked For Drug Use
The license of an Oneonta physician's assistant was suspended after she admitted to being a habitual user of narcotics, according to the state Board for Professional Misconduct. Effective July 4, the license of Amy Downey, RPA, was suspended for at least twelve months and until a board committee determines she is able to resume practicing medicine, according to board documents. Downey could not be reached for comment Sunday.
