I applied for an Elvis Pre-paid debit card 11-21-06. EDP did an electronic debit on my checking account on 11-26-06 in the amount of $49.95. On 11-30-06 they cashed and deposited into their account on 11-30-06.

I never heard a single word fron them. So I e-mailed them in January informing them of my new e-mail address. Cause the one that I had when I applied for their card was canceled. Because Elvis Presley Enterprises decided to discontinue Elvis E-Mail 12-31-06. After informing them I recieved a email back saying my card was on it's way it was still being processed. I still hear nothing. I kind of forgot about for awhile. I email them back and they emailed me and said they where sending some papers for me to sign. I never recieved them.

So in June I started e-mailing them again. I get another back saying they will research it and get back to me. Finally I call them and they tell me to e-mail them for faster service. So I did, they e-mail me back wanting to know the name on my ssc. I e-mail them back and I not really sure why they want that. At the time I couldn't find my card so I was sure how my name appeared on it. So I gave them all my aka's. Today I recieve from them a cancelation/refund letter. They want my social again and bank info for a for a refund. I never requested a cancelation or refund I want the card. Also I have to respond quickly and have to fax the info. No e-mails.

Elaine I'm trying to figure out exactly what you are talking about I'm not so sure your dealing with the correct company.

First of all the only time we send paperwork emailed to our customers is when we are offering a courtesy refund or fraud papers to take to the police department.

Secondly, we would never email a customer and ask for personal information such as your name or ss# we would send it in the us postal.
Thirdly we would not request your ss# or your bank info in order to process a refund for you or anyone.

If this is what is going on I personnally would think twice about what is being requested and why they don't already have that information from the time when you completed your online order. I believe that information was provided then.

Also our refunds is in a form of check which does not require any bank info from customers.
Lastly if they want you to respond quickly only by fax I really think something is fishy and before I did that I would surely want to speak to someone on the phone about this. I WOULD NOT GIVE ANYMORE INFORMATION THEN THEY ALREADY HAVE UNTIL I HAVE ACTUALLY SPOKEN TO A LIVE PERSON.

Please let me offer you some help by contacting Debbie at 818-487-0672 exit 141 she is legit and works in the corporate office that I know. Please mention Christian referred you.
