I SHOULD RETURN THE FAVOR AND POST ON RIPOFFREPORT FOR YOU AND YOUR COMPANY SINCE YOU'RE SELLING USED BATTERIES...NO WORRIES I WON'T DO THAT.  FOR THE RECORD YES I DID PAY YOU AND SINCE THE IRS AGENT DECIDED TO LEVY ANY RECEIVABLES I HAD AND EVEN LOCKED BANK ACCOUNTS I WASN'T ABLE TO PAY YOU THE REMAINING BALANCE.  I DID HOWEVER TRIED TO MAKE SOME TYPE OF PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS WITH YOU BUT YOUR ATTITUDE AND SWEARING HABITS AT PEOPLE WISHING THE WORST FOR ME DID NOT EXACTLY PUT YOU ON TOP OF MY PRIORITY LIST RATHER HAVING TO FEED MY FAMILY.  I DO WISH YOU WELL WITH YOUR BUSINESS.

This person did write a check for a product and had it sent to a customer.  When it arrived to the customer and the customer did not approve of the product, he chose not to make good on the check.  He blamed the person who sold him the product rather than doing up front investigation into the product or doing further work.  He purchased the item for a government contract where he had charged 10x the amount for the product he wrote this bad check for.  

He did eventually have the item returned to the company he'd written the bad check for but in the mean time dodged their calls and had me do the same.  

This is not a person with whom anyone should do business.  GET YOUR CASH UP FRONT - though there is none to be had.
