Education Success Money Back Gaurantee, "If you try our service and don't make money" but will charge your credit card and refuse to refund. Provo Utah

Company sends you a solicitation email with "Money Back Gaurantee", "If you try our program". Company requests credit card information on the webform. Company will not send any information to you, nor send you any additional email response or confirmation. Company will charge your credit card for $39.95. When you see the charge on your credit card and do not readily recognize what the charge is and call the reference number, you will get an automated telephone voice menu that anounces "You have reached Education Success Inc., where our Students come first.

The voice menu has two options, the first for registered Students and the second, to speak with a "Coach". When you select the option for the student, you are asked to enter your student code. When you call back and select to speak to a coach, you will be in contact with somebody that does not anounce his name and responds with a surly attitude, when you tell him that you are inquiring about a credit card charge that you do not recognize the person will look up your information and tell you that you placed an order on the internet for thier service. When you tell them that you would like a refund of your money you will be told that you are cancelling your membership late and that you do not deserve a full refund, because you did not cancel soon enough.

As a further reason for not refunding your money, you will be told that the "Money Back" gaurantee only applies to those that have tried the service. The end result is that you are charged $39.95 and you get nothing. I was never even given an offer to try the service, nor was it ever explained to me what thier service was. You are only told that you have signed up for educational services and you cannot get a refund. What a scam! When you are put on hold, you get to listen to these cheesy voice recordings of people that talk about how they are hand held through all of the phases of "The Success Plan" but nobody ever states what it is that they are receiving as a product.

This company is working on the basis of charging peoples credit card and delivering nothing. If you never notice the charge nothing will ever be sent to you. If they ever called me, this company never identified themselves in such a way that I would have been able to distinguish them from a telephone solicitor. I have never seen an email response from them and there has been nothing sent to my mailing address with their company name. They are charging credit cards and not delivering any product or any sort. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Utah and have disputed the charge on my American Express Card.
