I was told by this company that they could help me with my student loans, I owed over $50 grand. So i was ready to try. However i received full forgiveness of my loans on Thursday 25 January. So I called and told "Lester" that i no longer needed his help.
He told me that they could still work with me. ?!? I told him that i didn't require his services. He told me that had already opened a file on me, I told him that i'm not paying for something i already have. Again he spoke as if he didn't hear me.
I told him that if he took money out of that account, he would be in very serious trouble. He hung up on me. I tried calling him back, i got a busy signal, and still do even today.
