Edward Colosimo Auto Sales sold me a car that the engine blew 24 hours later Evans city Pennsylvania

Sup I went here to buy my first car. I was purchasing a2007 Mazdaspeed6. I had it for one day (drove 100 miles) and the engine blew. Called the dealer and he said it wasn't his problem since the car was sold as is. He did have it towed to a shop and the diagnosed it. But then he offered to pay $500 towards a$5000 repair for a car I payed 9500 for. So now we had my lawyer send him a letter officially requesting then to take the car back. He gave him 7 days to reply and he hasn't said a word. No effort to resolve this what so ever. Now I am moving forward with a lawsuit and he will have to reply then. He is a jerk and a thief.
