If Edward and/or any of his associates approaches you about any time of business investment or opportunity, run!  Because of his involvement with several fraudulent companies, including USRD, Edward will forge attorney documents to make it appear that a very high end law firm drafted the documents. 

I was told that for my investment, I would receive huge returns on the stock of the company when the project (which never existed) was announced.  Ed and his associates will convince you that the project is a huge opportunity and is government funded.  He included a contract that was on letterhead of a very reputable and large law firm, which makes things look legit. 

At the end of the day, I was never paid back, and me and my family have been broken and fighting to keep a roof over our head, all while Ed and his associates, Nick and Antoinette Khamsopa, are using my money as well as it seems countless others ranging from $12,000-$75,000 to fund their lives

It is baffling to me that (for now) he is able to sleep at night after what he has done to so many.  The forthcoming suit against he and his associates will not even put a dent in the damage he has done for the last 12 months to us.  I only hope he and his associates have the guts and even a single ounce of integrity to reply here and take ownership for the harm they have caused.
