I was working with Father's Choice to locate my daughter and go back to court for custody and visitation rights on 9/17/08, and never heard back from them. I paid them $800 with my MasterCard ending with 8273. The company disappeared, I'm out $800 and have not been able to move forward with my child custody/visitation case.
Veronica Lujano and Edward and I have spoken on several occasions last year, and every time they were supposed to call me back they didn't.

The last day I spent in that office was two weeks after that date. You could have been told that I was "unavailable" to cover up that I was no longer with the company.
Well, filing a suit against the company - possible small claims will get you somewhere. I also can connect you with a few individuals who have imposed a class action, of which all of you would be paid back with damages. I have had no communication with anyone at that company so I could not tell you exactly what they did. Please write me an email so we can get in touch and I'll give you the contact information to a few individuals who might be able to help.
I hope you have a nice holiday, a prompt reply to email and I'll get you their contact information before the holiday.
Best,
Edward

Thank you for your response. The following is a snippet from an email originating from customerserviceatfatherschoice.org dated 09/17/2008 11:43 a.m.:
"Thank you for enrolling with Father's Choice. We are looking
forward to getting to know you and your specific legal issues.
The orientation video will answer many questions on how our service can help you. After watching the orientation video, you may contact your Case Manager: Edward Herzstock at 888-236-3031"
I have another email from customerserviceatfatherschoice.org indicating the terms and conditions were accepted by me dated the same day at 12:09p.m.. I have a Premier Family Services Customer Receipt, sent by veronica.lujano@fatherschoice.orgon 09/24/08. I received two phone calls from an employee at Father's Choice
I believe I have indeed spoken with you personally. I understand that you are not responsible for the business practices of the company that you worked for. However, when I spoke with a representative of the company I was asked to come in on my day off. When I called to speak with you, I was told you were unavailable and never received a return call from you or anyone else in the company.
I do not know what transpired previous to the company disappearing, but I do know that I was told you were my case manager. I am out $800, and was told by my bank that they cannot go back that far to investigate or dispute the charges.

Your difficult situation.

Hello there,
This is Edward, I was an employee in case management at Father's Choice. It is extremely unfortunate that this company fell apart - I had nothing to do with your case or the structure of the company. I have tried to contribute everything I can for those individuals who are seeking assistance getting their money back from that company. I was terminated on 10/3/08 from my role and I know that the company closed its doors about 2 months later.
If you have not already filed a dispute with your bank, I would do so immediately.
Not only were there hundreds of clients that did not get serviced, it is my understanding that there are many employees that were not paid.
I am a sharp guy, and I believe that is why I was fired. Before the, excuse my french, "s**t hit the fan."
But you must understand that as I might have spoken to you on the phone before I left, I am in no way responsible for what that company did to you. Neither is the other individual who you mentioned in your complaint. I was not in anyway a part of the ownership of the company.
I am able to help you, or any other individual in any way that I can. But truly, you cannot post comments to blame for that company's mistakes on the representative you spoke with.
It would be the same if you had your cell phone company jack your rates or mess up your bill - you wouldn't post a comment to say that "joe blow" messed up your bill.
I would appreciate a response from you - and if I can forward your contact information to an action that is helping out victims of the company that collapsed I will.
You may want to start your research with Brian Azouz, he is the CEO of the company. Directors of the company who may or may not be on the articles of the corporation are Rubel Trevino, Jaime Gallagher, and Todd Kendall. I could not tell you if they were employees or actually involved with the ownership of the company - but they are good men who if you research you will find more answers.
Best,
Edward H.
