Do you Have a Written Agreement?

AUTHOR: John - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, September 07, 2004

If you have a written agreement then you should contact the authorities. I am sure that there are ways to charge him with non payment and there are ways to look for him.

Are you a dealer or was this a private sale? Has title been transferred or are you holding it until payment is made. If the title is in your name you can probably charge him with theft. Also, see if the DMV will help try to track him because he needs th register the car.
