Edward Scum-Of-The-Earth Singleton must be having a hard time finding new victims to steal from! Apparently my loud voice is being heard! I had the honor of receiving a certified letter from a lawyer! (Anyone can pay a lawyer $20 to mail one out!) I emailed Edward Singleton and thanked him for it! Because I did NOT have a LMAO moment, I had a FREAKING LAUGH MY a*s OFF "DAY"!!!! (So did a few of his other victims!) We all loved it and we all had many laughs at his foolish expense!! He is such an idiot!!

I seriously hope he did not think that little certified letter scared me! Because it DID NOT!! What I thought was really funny is that he previously told me that he was going to be LOUD!! He said he was going to serve me papers at my work and video tape it. I was looking forward to that but all I got was a certified letter and I was not even there! That was really loud Edward! I am so impressed with how loud you were!

He also told me before he sent the letter that he was going to put my $3,084.50 in to an escrow account with a lawyer and send me proof of it. I guess he forgot that part because he left that out! Yeah, like I really expected that one! Ha! Ha! Ha! Once a liar and thief always a liar and thief!! Edward Singleton is proof that a leopard never changes his spots! But at least he had to spend about $5.00 of MY money to send me a certified letter.

The letter he sent is the most unprofessional letter I have ever read from a supposed lawyer. I really think he found a shyster who let him use his letterhead and Edward and someone else got together and wrote it. The wording of the letter sounded too much like the way Edward words things. Here is some of what the certified letter said:

----DEMAND TO CEASE DEFAMATORY CAMPAIGN AND ISSUE IMMEDIATE RETRACTIONS----

Nope! I WILL NOT CEASE MY TRUTHFUL CAMPAIGN and issue immediate retractions!! I speak the truth!! Edward Thief Singleton STOLE MY MONEY and I REFUSE to stop speaking the truth!!! If he wants me to stop all he has to do is give me my money back! Then I will happily come back and report that Edward Singleton has done the right thing and returned my money to me!

It has come to my attention that you have and continue to propagate rumors charging Mr. Singleton with being a thief, a threat to his family, an unscrupulous businessman and con artist.

Nope! It is not rumors!! It is the truth!! He stole $3,084.50 from me and my family!! And I believe you left out a few words. You should have also added that he is a maggot, scum of the earth, liar, low life, scammer, serial thief, deceptive, fraudulent, untrustworthy, unethical, and despicable and a Peace of Crap!!!

The apparent motivation for your campaign of defamation is your dissatisfaction with the delay in delivery of a food cart you purchased from Mr. Singleton - a delay you were fully advised to expect due to the stringent nature of Californias health requirements.

That is very interesting! I was fully advised to expect a delay??? Wrong! Let me post an email that Edward sent to me that is dated January 12, 2010! It states that my cart will be completed and out the door in 10-14 days. It does not say anything about a delay. Once again, more lies from Edward Singleton!! Also, it has been eight months now! How much longer is that delay going to last????

You, your agents, or otherwise immediately cease the spreading of disparaging rumors of any kind about Mr. Singleton, his business, and his family: and

You, your agents, or otherwise immediately issue a retraction for each statement charging Mr. Singleton with unethical business practices, theft, and abusive treatment of his family.

Nope!!! That is NOT going to happen!! They are NOT rumors and he DOES have unethical business practices!! He is a thief! He stole MY money!! The dictionary defines the word thief as a person who steals something from another person. That is what Edward Singleton did! He is a THIEF!!!

I guess I am being accused of charging Mr. Thief Singleton of abusive treatment of his family to. I have no clue what that idiot is talking about. The only thing I can figure out is, A guilty conscience needs no accuser! I do not know! Is he abusing his family????

There is more to this laughable letter.  It is hilarious! I could continue to have fun with it but I will just post the letter so you can read it and have a good laugh yourself! But I sure hope Edward Thief Singleton knows that I have NO FEAR of him or his little "laughable" certified letter!!! I would love nothing more than to face him in court! But that will never happen! He would skip town first!

Also, word on the street is he is trying to sell Mobile Business Solutions. That must be the latest scam he is working on.  Watch out AMERICA!!!! He is on a mission to find his next victim!!!

And Yes, Edward Singleton, I WILL continue to fight my Truthful Campaign against you so it will be harder for you to find new victims!! You have already stolen too many thousands of dollars from too many innocent victims!! You need to spend the rest of your life in PRISON!!!! And I am working real hard to make that happen!!!
