I am the Director of Client Services for Edward Wolff & Associates. I have never heard of any client ever being ripped off. We have spent hundreds of hours rectifying situations that had occured in the past where we had employees who had ripped us off and sabatoged our company. . but there has been absolutely nothing of a malicious intention or any deliberate action taken against our clients.

In addition to this, there is no substantiation to this claim, no proof, and no legal action taken.

Now with that said... even the complaint that was filed here is in DIRECT VIOLATION OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS clearly stated on this site.

Listing home addresses, phone numbers, and such is a Direct violation and as far as i'm concerned, if you are willing to break one contract.. then you probably broke your contract with the person who placed you for collections. This is how the majority of these complaints get filed, and because we are a collection agency, we ALWAYS get the bad rep..

We aren't in the business of making friends and licking lolipops.. We collect money from hard core professional debtors that rip people off for a living and then file complaints because they get found out.
