 Please beware of renting from c, MD v. The owners, Edwin (Ed) Cardona and Selma Cardona are illegally withholding the return of my security deposit of over $1,750. It has been over 45 days since my family and I vacated the property and we have not received our deposit nor have we received an itemized receipt for any damages justifying keeping our deposit. This property has been listed by Denise Lancelotta at Coldwell Banker in Harford County MD (((REDACTED))).
